With 2022 on the horizon, our team are taking a much-needed break at the minute. We are already planning for what we believe will be a big year however. With that, we’re looking for some new team members to join us. We are currently hiring AV Technicians and a Warehouse Manager.

Full Time AV Technician

The position will primarily be based out of our offices in Galway with events taking place nationwide in Ireland.

As an AV technician, you will be responsible for organising and installing media equipment such as projectors, microphones, video monitors, and sound boards. You may also be required to alter the venue layout to enhance acoustics. To ensure success as an AV technician, you should have advanced knowledge of audio & video equipment, experience with lighting & filming techniques, and excellent troubleshooting skills. Ultimately, a top-notch AV technician should be able to create superb audio and visual effects to enhance any live or pre-recorded experience.

Audio Video Technician Responsibilities:
• Meeting with Event Coordinators to discuss audio, lighting, and video requirements.
• Altering venue arrangements according to layout diagrams.
• Laying electrical and sound cables.
• Setting up and installing microphones, lights, video monitors, projectors, speakers, and video cameras.
• Conducting sound, visual, and performance quality checks on AV equipment.
• Inspecting mountings and electrical equipment to ensure they conform to health and safety regulations.
• Operating sound and visual equipment during live events.
• Troubleshooting equipment and ensuring events run smoothly.
• Maintaining strong customer relations.
• Disassembling audio and visual equipment and packing up after the event.

Audio Video Technician Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an AV technician.
• In-depth knowledge of sound, video, and lighting equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Full clean drivers’ licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Full Time Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Galway due to expansion. The position will primarily be based out of our Warehouse in Galway. The position may suit a recent graduate in AV or other.

You will be responsible for organising and keeping stock of media equipment such as projectors, microphones, video monitors, and sound boards. As part of your role, you may also be required to;

• Disassemble audio and visual equipment and pack up after events.
• Conduct sound, visual, and performance quality checks on AV equipment.

Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of sound, video, and lighting equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Full clean drivers’ licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
